The production of SEVEN at LA Theatre Works will include opportunities to keep the conversation going after the performance and talk with the people involved with the play.
At two of the shows, Saturday January 28 at 3 pm and Sunday January 29 at 4 pm, a conversation after the performance will feature Marina Pisklakova-Parker, one of the women profiled in the play.
Marina will be joined by two of the playwrights, Susan Yankowitz and Paula Cizmar, along with Rene Jones, at the Saturday matinee. Joining Marina on Sunday will be Alyse Nelson, CEO of Vital Voices Global Partnership.
In addition, the Saturday evening performance will feature a conversation with two of the playwrights, Yankowitz and Cizmar, moderated by Janet Yellin, former White House correspondent for CNN.
SEVEN runs at LA Theatre Works from January 26 – 29, directed by Judyann Elder. It stars Shannon Holt (Love Liza), Jossara Jinaro (East Los High), Alex Kingston (ER), Emily Kuroda (Gilmore Girls), Sameerah Luqmaan-Harris (Father Comes Home from the Wars), Annet Mahendru (The Americans) and Sarah Shahi (Person of Interest).
