SEVEN will tour four cities in India as part of an anti-violence-against-women project called SEE SOMETHING? SAY SOMETHING! ACTing Against Gender Violence. The tour kicks off in Chennai in late November 2014 and then moves on to Mumbai, Delhi, and Jammu. Partners on the project include the Society for the Promotion of Youth and Masses, S.S. International Live, the pandies theatre, and the U.S. Consulate General, Chennai. The campaign includes a staged reading of SEVEN in English, plus discussions, theatre workshops about gender violence, and a participatory street play in the local language about everyday violence toward women and ways to eliminate it.
SEVEN has been performed all over the world and has been translated into 25 languages.
